Riyadh is a gorgeous blue fawn boy with minimal white markings. He is
the most laid back Italian greyhound at Shadedmoon. If you are expecting
an eager dog who jumps up to greet you this is generally not the case
with Riyadh! He prefers his servants to come to him! However there is
another side to him, let him lose in a field and his running speed can
astound you. Pull the string on a vibrating mouse, cat toy and no matter
how much of a deep sleep he is in he comes to life.He will squeeze in
the most impossible places in order to prevent the others taking his
toy.
He has taken part in agility training but this
has been a hard slog for his young handler, as he bores easily and has a
stubborn streak when wanting him to have his lead back on. He is
responding to obedience training but only if a food reward is on offer!
Riyadh can tease the others terribly if he wants to take possession of
their ready-warmed bed, they usually give in! Riyadh often plays the
clown, he loves other dogs and is a terrible flirt! A cuddly gentle boy
with an occasional naughty streak.
